By issuing a payment to Allegiant Towing and Recovery via credit card, wether by virtual credit card, credit card, or debit card, payer agrees that this payment is 100% Non-Refundable, regardless of service completion or cancellation, unless otherwise stated by a representative of Allegiant Towing and Recovery. Any other agreements must be specifically stated either over the phone or in writing, and payer agrees that they will not attempt to rescind or dispute payment under any circumstances.
